In our daily life there are times when it seems that everything ends here or everything around seems difficult, the situation and it seems that it is not in harmony with myself, and sometimes I feel the pressure of studying, the use of people around me, or any work pressure, thinking about the future, thinking about the future, or various thoughts in my head, everything around me is disturbed. Basically, when everything is disturbed, we call it tension.

Do you know that although they sound similar, they are actually not the same, stress and anxiety are actually not the same, they are two different types. Although both seem similar, there are many differences between the two. Now the question may arise that the two are different, what is stress? And what is N Anixety?

Stress is the mental and physical behavior caused by any stress or situation and anixety is overthinking about something or being restless for better understanding let’s give an example for example a student has an exam tomorrow he is stressed to study a lot but he has less time but now he is thinking about how he will finish his studies and how to do well in the exam tomorrow he is feeling stressed and this is a common example of stress because he is stressed because of anxiety

Ekhm in another way understand the exam is over the result is good still the student is thinking and worrying about his future if he can’t study in his choice in the future if I don’t succeed there is no problem now but he is worried about his future this kind of feeling is actually Anixety. From this example you can understand where Stress is different from Anixety. In fact, when a job seems very difficult to us or a responsibility or everything around is not going well, then the stress that occurs may be okay in reality but worrying about the future is Anixety.

Stress and Anixety look the same?In fact, the subject sentiments of the two are similar. During stree and anixety, people’s mind becomes restless and there are various changes in the body such as chest pain, restlessness, everything around, can’t concentrate on anything, can’t sleep at all, sleep problems, overthinking, headache, feeling tired, not wanting to do any work, feeling anxious in all activities, losing interest in any work.  Because of these blues, Stress and Anxiety seem to be the same thing. But to see if these two are different, it is necessary to observe why the feeling is happening and how long it lasts, to understand which is happening.

Difference between Stress and Anxiety

Stress is due to a specific stress whereas anxiety is not due to any specific reason. Stress causes you to worry about some goal ahead of you, while anxiety is caused by worrying about what will happen in the future

Stress is caused by the situation and starts to decrease when it is over whereas anixety can sometimes remain even after the situation is over  During stress, people think about how to deal with current problems. During anxiety, thoughts often revolve around future possibilities. For example, how will I finish the task?  During stress one finds a way to solve the problem but during anixety the subject does not find a solution to the problem

Is stress bad?

Not all stress is bad. At some stage we have no work to do. If we are stressed, we focus on that work and then the work gets done faster. If there is a goal it is due to stress  The work can be completed on time. Some stressors also have problems that, if continued for a long time, will begin to affect lifeIs Anixety Always Abnormal?Anixety is a natural part of our life because it is thinking about the future, what will be good to do in the future, through it you can think in advance how who will be done, how the work will be successful in the future, how what can be done in the future to be successful. Through this big decision can be successful which is necessary in life because anixety needs normal part because as a result big decision can be successful but it is not necessary to make any mental decision by seeing only few signs.

How to reduce stress and anxiety?

First of all, don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Do not do all the stressful tasks at once. Adequate sleep Getting enough sleep, walking regularly, exercising, eating at the right time and taking some time for yourself will help reduce stress. Breathe slowly for a few minutes, keep yourself away from mobile or social media for some time, it will calm your mind and reduce stress  If necessary, when you see that there is pressure, talk to your trusted friend or trusted family member, it will reduce people’s pressure even a little

When do you need help?

When you see in your daily life that for a long time you are only suffering from worry or your mind is restless, you do not feel well, it is becoming difficult to manage yourself, you are not able to manage yourself, you are not sleeping well, then do not neglect this matter and find a solution.

Both stress and anxiety are familiar experiences in human life. So if these are the feelings, don’t think that you have a big problem. Knowing the difference between the two makes it easier to explain yourself. Don’t think too much about these things, don’t be mentally weak thinking about them.

Stress is the reduction of certain stressful situations when they arise.  You don’t need to think too much about these things. You give yourself time.Get enough sleep, take care of yourself, talk to your loved ones if necessary, these are all necessary to stay mentally healthy.
